Rick Lemley, a lifelong Sedro-Woolley resident, began working with his grandfather, father and uncle in 1975. He has been a licensed funeral director since 1981. He became a partner with his father in 1995 and then a partner with Chuck Ruhl at his father's retirement. Rick is a councilman on the Sedro-Woolley City Council and a board member of the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce and an active member of Sedro-Woolley Rotary.
Chuck Ruhl grew up in Sedro-Woolley and began working for the Lemley Family immediately after high school. He became a licensed funeral director-embalmer in 1964. Chuck resided in Southwest Washington for many years involved with funeral service and later selling life insurance and securities. In 1998, he returned to Sedro-Woolley and became a partner with Rick Lemley. Chuck is an active member and secretary of the Sedro-Woolley Rotary Club, Burlington United Lodge #93 F&AM, and a Hospital Commissioner for District #304 United General Hospital.
Randy Koster grew up in Sedro-Woolley and Mount Vernon and began working at Lemley Chapel in 1996 as an apprentice funeral director. . He had worked for 25 years at Oliver-Hammer Clothes Shop before joining Lemley Chapel. He was a volunteer fireman for the Sedro-Woolley Fire Department for 27 years and and was active in the local Kiwanis Club for many years. He enjoys the opportunity to serve his community at their time of need.
Linda Paul, our Office Manager/Secretary moved to Sedro-Woolley in 1991 and has been with Lemley Funeral Chapel since 1998. Her experience comes from working for over 25 years in several different industries in which "customer service" comes first. She had been an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2069, Sedro-Woolley, WA for over 5 years. By working with our funeral home, she continues serving her community by helping families at their time of need.
